Phoebe Ministries is a multi-campus nonprofit senior living organization. To grow its social media presence and increase brand awareness, I created over 1,000 posts and over 100 Reels, highlighting resident experiences, community activities, events, and local partnerships. Beyond documenting activities, I aimed to capture the personalities, humor, emotions, and everyday moments that make Phoebe special.

By bringing an authentic, personal touch to the content, I helped increase post engagements by 206%, page views by 82%, and social media following by 51%, growing the audience from 7,190 to 10,860 followers.
